added the Gmes Rules section, more spells and advanced rules for Warhammer RPG to come.

Too much has happened for me to tell you. I can sum it up to= I have around 524 points all painted,daniel has around 550 some painted, some not. and chris has about 500 all painted.
I also changed forum link and look and got rid of some useless pages.

Chris got a Rulebook for his b-day and a destroyer from his brother.I've Had a Codex for a while. Daniel is almost done with his orks.
